Possible Overpayments of Pensions Sept 2020

It was recently brought to the attention of the RCPSA that some members have been advised that overpayments of pensions had been made to them.  When we contacted the NSSO, the RCPSA was advised that the arrangements for recoupment of overpayments is set out in Circular 07/2018.  A link to a copy of that Circular is given below.  There is provision for exceptional and hardship arrangements in section 5 of the Circular.
