Important information for Public Servant Retirees (Pension A) in relation to accessing your payslip

The National Shared Services Office (NSSO) wish to advise that due to an upgrade of the payroll database on which your pension is processed, Core Portal will be unavailable from 5.00pm on Friday 5 March to 10.00am Monday 15 March (9 days).  During this period accessing of your payslips will not be possible.

Due to this upgrade, the payroll will be processed in advance but please be advised that you will continue to be paid as normal even though your payslips in respect of 4th and 15th of March will be available to view in advance of the 5th of March.

Staff on the Helpdesk will not have access to the Core Portal during the above period, however, you can continue to email your queries/requests to: PSSCPensions@pssc.gov.ie and they will respond after the 15th March when the system is available again.

Please note: The upgrade will make the Core Portal look different, but the same functionality exists. Please refer to our V28 Core Portal User Guides which will be available shortly on the website before making contact with the Helpdesk in respect of queries on how to navigate the new system.
