You are invited to submit proposed Rule changes, nominations and motions to form part of the agenda prior to these dates. A Branch/members may make nominations for the offices of President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, for the membership of the Council, the Standing Orders Committee and the Trustees to be elected at AGM. Proposed Rule changes, nominations and motions shall be submitted to and received by the Honorary Secretary, in the case of a rule change by 1st March and for other nominations by 1st April.
