All members whose pensions are paid by the Payroll Shared Services (PSS) are advised to visit the PSS website https://pssc.gov.ie regularly for useful updates on pension payment matters. The website has information which may resolve many queries – Core Portal step-by-step guides, FAQs, information and updates.
If you have a query which is not answered on the PSS website, or if you have mislaid or forgotten your PSS password, contact helpdesk@pssc.gov.ie. In line with Data Protection, the PSS requires two of the following to verify your account: PPS Number, Personnel Number, or Date of Birth. You should also state which retiree cohort you belong to.
