Payrollcontact@nsso.gov.ie: For queries in relation to payment of pension or issues with accessing pension payslips or to notify the NSSO of a change of address. This email address is also the first point of contact in the event of the death of a pensioner.
pensions@nsso.gov.ie: For queries about the calculation and amount of pension and for queries relating to the pension scheme:
HRcontact@nsso.gov.ie is the general mailbox. Emails to this address will, if necessary, be forwarded to the relevant team.

Note: For pensioners who are contacting the NSSO (by email or phone), you will need to provide two pieces of data protection information to verify your account – that is two of the following PPS Number, Personnel Number, or Date of Birth. You should also state the body from which you retired.
