The NSSO has set up dedicated contact facilities for queries. It is recommended that you read the update and the information on the NSSO website before you contact the NSSO. Their website has FAQs and gives examples.
This issue affects a limited number of pensioners only. If you have monies owed to you, you will receive a letter from the NSSO over the coming weeks. Monies owed will be automatically paid to you with your regular pension payment.
