All members whose pensions are paid by the Payroll Shared Services (PSS) are advised to visit the PSS website regularly for useful updates on pension payment matters.  The website has information which may resolve many queries – Core Portal step-by-step guides, FAQs, information and updates.

If you have a query which is not answered on the PSS website, or if you have mislaid or forgotten your PSS password, contact line with Data Protection, the PSS requires two of the following to verify your account: PPS Number, Personnel Number, or Date of Birth.  You should also state which retiree cohort you belong to.
