The increase due to some civil service pensioners with effect from 1 September 2025 – ref Circular 03/2026 – (those who retired from specified scale points of specificied grades represented by FÓRSA) was not included in the pension payment on 12 February.
The general round increase due with effect from 1 February 2026 – ref Circular 07/2026 – was not included in civil service pensions on 12 February either.
The matter is being followed up with the NSSO.
