I am pleased to convey the following information obtained from the NSSO:
Application of 1 February 2026 pay adjustment have been applied to Payroll.
These will be visible for retirees on their payslip from,
- Pay date 26 February 2026 for fortnightly paid pensions.
There are a small number of retirees on pay scale off-points, these individual cases will be processed in due course.
Please note that the NSSO is continuing to review the circular 03/2026 Application of 1 September 2025 and the accompanying FAQ document. Once the required information has been confirmed an updated communication will issue.
