Free Travel Update
From 1 March 2026, to use Free Travel you will need a valid in-date Free Travel Public Services Card (PSC). The ‘Date of Expiry’ is displayed on the front of your Free Travel PSC.
Free Travel Paper Passes will no longer be valid to use from 1 March 2026.
If your current Free Travel PSC has expired, or if you currently use a Free Travel Paper Pass, you can renew or apply for a new Public Services Card at MyWelfare or at your local PSC centre. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
