Many members have encountered difficulties when trying to contact the Revenue Commissioners.  We have written to the Chairperson outlining the difficulties and suggesting solutions.  In the meantime, the following information might be of use to members.  Note: the contact methods have not been personally tested – the information has been taken from the Revenue website.  All the “our” etc below refers to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.

Contact by phone

To find a phone number for PAYE enquiries, the following steps should direct you to one.  At the bottom of the Revenue website home page (www.revenue.ie), click on Contact Us.  Next click on Individuals.  Next click on PAYE – Jobs and pensions helpline.  Then enter your PPSN in the box provided and click on Find contact details.  That should give you your Division and District and a contact phone number.
