In view of the latest statement by Government (23 February 2021) regarding Covid-19 restrictions, the Council has decided not to hold the 2021 AGM on 27 May 2021.
The situation will be kept under continuous review by Council, with a view to holding the 2021 AGM later in the year, subject to Government guidelines.
In the meantime the deadlines for the submission of proposed Rule changes, Nominations and Motions will remain as provided for in Rule 8(g), namely 1 March 2021 for proposed Rule changes and 1 April 2021 for Nomination and Motions.
